Abbie Trimble brings over a decade of expertise in strategic growth and marketing to the forefront. With a passion for transforming complex challenges into scalable opportunities, Abbie is committed to accelerating revenue growth and increasing market penetration for her clients. She possesses a unique blend of strategic vision, analytical skills, and leadership qualities, enabling her to navigate growth challenges and achieve results.

Outside of her career, Abbie enjoys surfing, hiking, golf, soccer, and exploring new places. She believes in the power of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to drive success in both business and life.

Abbie holds an MBA from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!).

Kayla Hillhouse, CCO

With over a decade of specialized marketing experience in the home services industry, Kayla Hillhouse has managed marketing operations for over 35 brands, ranging from national networks to individual branches.

Her expertise spans HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool services. Kayla excels in roles across marketing, customer experience, sales support, brand reputation, community relations, and lead generation.

She is adept at strategizing and managing substantial marketing budgets, having been responsible for overseeing $1.3 million annually. Her success is driven by her

proficiency in a diverse array of channels, including PR, sponsorship, affiliate and community marketing, all forms of online and offline media, and the creation of integrated marketing campaigns.
